Travelers entering Lithuania from any of these orange countries / regions must complete the immigration form and present the confirmation letter received to the relevant authorities within 48 hours prior to arrival.

Anyone is required to fill out the entry form, regardless of vaccination status.


Unvaccinated and unrecovered travelers arriving in Lithuania from any of the countries listed in orange will either present a negative PCR test result within 72 hours prior to arrival or 48 prior to arrival. A rapid antigen test should be performed within an hour.


In addition, those arriving from an orange country will need to undergo another COVID19 test 3-5 days after arrival.Visitors to Lithuania from one of these orange countries/territories must complete an entry form within 48 hours of arrival and provide confirmation of receipt to the responsible authorities. A certificate of recovery showing that the owner has tested positive. The certificate should not be more than 180 days from the date of receipt of the last positive result.
